How to schedule a session?

Fill out "Inquires & Appointments” section on Contact page. Provide description for your nutrition inquiry/consult. Receive a response within 1-2 business days with information and to discuss setting up your first appointment.


Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I do not accept payment through private insurance coverage, Medicare, or Medicaid.  However, I can provide you with a superbill upon request. You can then submit a healthcare claim for reimbursement on your own, but there is no guarantee your healthcare program will approve it. It is the responsibility of the client to check with their insurance provider prior to their appointment to determine if nutrition counseling is covered by their plan.


Where do consults take place?

If you reside in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky are, sessions are conducted in a neutral location determined by client and dietitian (equal distance from both) such as a coffee shop, book store, or other quiet/private location. For those residing outside of the Cincinnati area, sessions are conducted virtually. If desired, local clients can also schedule virtual appointments.


What if I live outside of Cincinnati, OH?

We can still meet! Consults will be conducted via TeleCommunication (virtual, Zoom, Google Meet, phone call, etc.).


What forms of payment do you accept?

ComplEAT Sports Nutrition accepts cash, check, credit/debit payments over the phone, and Paypal. Paypal and credit/debit charges are subject to a 3.5% and 2.9% processing fee, respectively. Payment is due before services are conducted.
